Connecting PerceptionX to your AI assistant

• ChatGPT: Settings, Plugins, Add MCP server, choose Streamable HTTP, name it PerceptionX, URL https://app.perceptionx.ai/mcp, then Authorize and sign in with your PerceptionX account.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio: add PerceptionX from the Microsoft Marketplace, or ask your admin to enable it, then sign in with your PerceptionX account.
• Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, URL https://app.perceptionx.ai/mcp, then sign in with your PerceptionX account.

Common questions

The connector asks me to sign in but fails. Check you are using the email address that has PerceptionX access, and that the URL is exactly https://app.perceptionx.ai/mcp with no trailing slash.

The assistant answers without using PerceptionX. Make sure the connector is enabled for that chat and add "using PerceptionX" to your question.

Results look out of date. The connector returns the latest measured quarter. Monthly tracking is in the PerceptionX dashboard.

What data does the connector access? Only your organisation's PerceptionX measurement data. All tools are read only and nothing is written back or shared with the AI assistant provider beyond the answer you see. See our privacy policy.
